MORNING MOVEMENT SESSIONS

The Kimberley awakens in soft light, greet the day in harmony with it. Morning Movement Sessions are held poolside daily, as the sun rises over the Timor Sea, casting a golden light across the lodge.

Designed for all fitness levels, these gentle and accesible sessions may include yoga, pilates or breathwork. More than exercise, these sessions are about presence; moving with the rythym of the land, breathing with the ocean breeze and preparing the mind and body for the adventures ahead. A daily ritual of of balance and calm.
